Coal Restaurant is being built. The rooms are being done properly, slowly, without rushing toward something we don't believe in yet. The wellness suite is coming too.

We are making somewhere for people who want to eat food that came from nearby, relax in a garden that faces the Downs, and feel, for a few days at least, like their journey has slowed and direction is found.

Nestled in the Adur Valley's history, where landscape, wellness and local cuisine all have a story to tell. That is the table we are setting
